A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), takes off from the USS New York (LPD 21) while underway in the Atlantic Ocean during Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX), April 14, 2024. The 24th MEU and Wasp (WSP) Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), their final at-sea certification exercise under the evaluation of Carrier Strike Group 4 and Expeditionary Operations Training Group.
