Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit provide a static display of the Non-combatant Tracking System and Evacuation Tracking and Accountability System to the Staff Delegation from the Senate Appropriations Committee, Defense Sub-Committee while underway in the Atlantic Ocean, April 13, 2024.
