    The crew of USCGC Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) transfers drought relief supplies, reverse osmosis systems, and technicians from their small boat to local skiffs to to get over the reef at Satawal, Yap State, Federated States of Micronesia, on April 11, 2024, in support of a request from the U.S. Embassy, in partnership with USAID and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
