Retired U.S. Navy Adm. Tomas Fargo, former commander of U.S. Pacific Command, addresses attendees following the dedication of the eponymous Admiral Fargo conference room, held in his honor at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command headquarters, April 19, 2024. Adm. Tomas Fargo served as the commander of U.S. Pacific Command from 2002-2005; the conference room was named in his honor for exceptional service and commitment to the Indo-Pacific and the state of Hawaii. Fargo served as the 19th commander of United States Pacific Command, from May 2, 2002 to February 26, 2005.
