Fire Controlman 3rd Class Jaydon Mosley, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), competes in a pull up competition during the 9th Annual Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Cup on Naval Base San Diego, April 19, 2024. Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM), is recognized in April by both civilian and military communities, the Department of Defense observes SAAPM by focusing and creating the appropriate culture to eliminate sexual assault and requiring a personal commitment from all service members.
