    U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Richard Greenfield, a physical therapist with the U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, provides clinical information during neurodivergent inclusivity training on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, April 19, 2024. The training, spearheaded and designed by Exceptional Family Member Program and Education Development Intervention Services advocates and coordinators, included group and individual exercises that focused on educating youth sport coaches, aquatic instructors, and sports programs managers who are employed at Marine Corps installations across Okinawa on how to tailor their programs to be inclusive to youth with different neurodivergent diagnoses.
