YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 25, 2024) — Mass Communication Specialist (MC) 2nd Class RuKiyah Mack, left, and MC2 Zachary Grooman, right, attached to Navy Public Affairs Support Element Japan pick up trash during a beach cleanup event as part of Earth Day observance. More than 40 Sailors, civilian and Japanese employees onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) volunteered and cleaned up the beach behind the Navy Exchange Yokosuka’s warehouse. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward deployed naval forces, tenant commands,
