    4th Sustainment Brigade

    Lt. Gen. James J. Lovelace, the U.S. Army Central Command commanding general, and native of Richmond, Va., speaks to 62 service members who are about to become naturalized citizens on April 5.

    These service members range in age from 19 to 40, and represent three services.

    This ceremony marks the first ceremony that Lt. Gen. Lovelace presided over as commanding general of USARCENT here.
