In honor of the Month of the Military Child, the American Red Cross office at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) hosted an event in the medical center’s Pediatric Ward. Superheroes came by to spend time with the children, some of the kids had their faces painted, and the American Red Cross volunteers handed out toys, April 25.
