Hirokazu Murayoshi, a firefighter with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services, conducts a start-up inspection on a jet-ski during a watercraft rescue operator course on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, April 29, 2024. During the training, firefighters performed basic rescue techniques on a jet-ski and practiced scenarios such as conscious and unconscious victims in dangerous waters.
