240429-N-N0901-1001 NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY NAPLES, Italy (Apr. 29, 2024) Sailors assigned to Naval Support Activity Naples pose on top of the Caroline Aqueducts in Maddaloni during a community service event. The Caroline Aqueducts, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, transports water across 24 miles in Southern Italy. The volunteers had the unique opportunity to walk on top of the aqueduct, reaching the height of 197 feet. NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
