Robert Griffin, the second-removed cousin of U.S. Navy Fire Controlman 1st Class Robert L. Corn, watches the lowering of a casket during an interment ceremony held at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, May 8, 2024. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and other attendees paid their respects and honored the life of Corn, who was assigned to the USS Oklahoma when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft during World War II.
