ANSBACH, Germany (6 May 2024) U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Ansbach came together for the annual Fallen Firefighter Ceremony at the Katterbach Fire Station with members of the community to honor and remember the brave firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty.
"But whatever fate may bring us, it does not change our hearts. We are firefighters to the end. We will always do our part" recited garrison's deputy of the Directorate of Emergency Services, Rachel Bowers the firefighter poem.
USAG Ansbach is a U.S. Army Power Projection Platform consisting of aviation, engineering, and artillery assets spread across nine kasernes in the heart of Middle Franconia, Germany.
