103rd Rescue Squadron pararescuemen, assigned to the New York Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing, standby for the arrival of an HH-130J Combat King II search and rescue aircraft to transport the patients during a personnel recovery exercise at F.S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, N.Y., May 4, 2024.
