A U.S. airman from the 140th Medical Group Detachment 1 and a Slovenian military medic coordinate with a Romanian civilian helicopter crew chief to move a simulated casualty from the helicopter to a field medical facility during Exercises Clean Care and Vigorous Warrior 2024 at the Bakony Combat Training Center in Hungary.
