Gov. Spencer Cox presents the first Military Spouse of the Year Award to Tamara Holland for her outstanding efforts in supporting the Airmen and families at Hill Air Force Base. Tamara Holland’s children Andrew and Avery Holland accepted the Spouse of the Year Award on her behalf, sadly, Mrs. Holland passed away in February of this year.
