Carnal, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Center (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), provides remarks during a food tasting event at NAVSUP BSC in honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPIHM). Each year in May, the Navy celebrates the countless contributions made by generations of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) throughout history. This year’s theme, “Advancing Leaders Through Innovation,” honors pioneering trailblazers of the past and recognizes their unique contributions while creating new opportunities for AANHPI peoples of the future.
