U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 1st Infantry Division conduct medical training for an E3B event at the Mission Training Complex on Fort Riley, Kansas, April 24, 2024. In this task, Soldiers had to evaluate and treat a casualty for a spinal injury and shock. “E3B” is an event where Soldier’s test their warrior tasks and battle drill proficiency to receive either the Expert Infantry Badge, Expert Soldier Badge, or Expert Field Medical Badge.
