PHILIPPINE SEA (May 23, 2024) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fuel) 3rd Class Alec Pingel, from Plato, Missouri, inspects the fuel lines from Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler, USNS John Ericsson (T-AO-194), in a fueling station aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), during a fueling-at-sea and replenishment-at-sea with USNS John Ericsson and MSC dry cargo ship, USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10), in the Philippine Sea, May 23. Commander, Task Force 73 (CTF-73) in coordination with Military Sealift Command Far East (MSC FE) refuels and resupplies deployed naval forces, along with regional allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific.
