SAN DIEGO, (May 16, 2024) Becki McClintock and Tony Duong, research physiologists with Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), show a video of a U.S. Marine performing dexterity-based tasks in an extreme environment as part of the command's STEM activities day. NHRC staff hosted middle school students for the activities day, demonstrating the use of lab equipment and discussing the command's mission. NHRC supports military mission readiness with research and development that delivers high-value, high-impact solutions to the health and readiness challenges our military population faces on the battlefield, at sea, on foreign shores and at home.
