A U.S. Marine with Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, conducts pull ups during a Murph workout at MCBH, May 23, 2024. The Murph, named in honor of Medal of Honor recipient and Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy, was started in remembrance of Lt. Murphy after he was killed in action in June of 2005.
