NEW YORK (May 24, 2024) - U.S. Navy officers, attached to the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), recite their Oath of Office in a ceremony at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum during Fleet Week New York, May 24. Fleet Week New York is a time-honored sea service celebration that allows citizens of New York City and the surrounding tri-state region to witness today’s maritime capabilities first-hand.
