ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 15, 2024) The Supply-class fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8), left, and the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) conduct a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) in the Atlantic Ocean, May 15, 2024. A RAS allows a ship to take on fuel and other supplies while at sea.
