SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii – Air Defenders from across the U.S. Army Pacific competed in an arduous, week-long Best Squad Competition, held here May 26-30.
Amidst the humid, thick jungles of Oahu, Air Defenders braved a competition that tested their mental and physical endurance to the limits, demonstrating their highly trained, disciplined, and fit cohesive teams. Squads competed in scenarios that were not just challenging but also remarkably realistic, resembling the demanding challenges faced by Soldiers in the Indo-Pacific theater. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
