The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin, along with attending personnel, are able to appreciate the choir performance conducted at the site where the Francis Scott Key Memorial Buoy is set in the Patapsco River May 23, 2024. The buoy marks the spot where the ship carrying Francis Scott Key, the author of “The Star-Spangled Banner '', was anchored during the bombardment of Fort McHenry in 1812.
