Mary Sarsfield is an engineer officer and the incoming commander of the 821st Engineer Construction Company, 1092nd Engineer Battalion, 111th Engineer Brigade, West Virginia Army National Guard. Her unit successfully completed Exercise Combined Resolve 24-2 at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center near Hohenfels, Germany, May 31, 2024.
