Retired Maj. Gen. David Rubenstein, former U.S. Army Deputy Surgeon General and Chief of the Medical Service Corps, stopped by BACH for a quick visit with Medical Service Corps officers and BACH commander Col. Sam Preston on May 14th. Rubenstein, who continues to serve Army Medicine as an executive mentor, emphasized the importance of leadership professional development opportunities during his conversation with Preston. He shared his motivation for continuing to share his knowledge with BACH leaders, stating, "If I can touch just one person in an audience, then I've had the opportunity to pay it forward."
