Staff Sgt. Eric Gonzalez, a special mission aviator assigned to the 36th Rescue Squadron, briefs U.S. Sen. Patty Murray on his unit’s capabilities and responsibilities during a base tour at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, May 31, 2024. Murray visited Fairchild and recognized star performers for their service and dedication. During the visit, Murray connected with leaders to discuss base operations, quality of life issues and services available to Fairchild AFB Airmen and their families.
