German Air Force Staff Sgt. Alexander, an Air Flight Terminal Operations manager, oversees the placement of cargo containers at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, May 31, 2024. Alexander is part of a deployment cell team who arrived early to oversee the initial arrival of cargo and personnel to Alaska as part of the German-led deployment Pacific Skies 24.
