This 377th Security Forces Group heritage patch was presented to 377 SFG defenders by retired Col. Hart Guenther, Air Force Security Forces Association Chapter 1 treasurer, during a heritage all-call at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., June 3, 2024. During the all-call, Guenther gave a speech detailing his time in service and the history of the 377 Security Forces Squadron. According to his brief, the 377 SFS was formerly constituted as the 377th Air Police Squadron and was activated and organized on April 8, 1966.
