Select soldiers of Task Force Archangels earned the “Marche de Diekirch” medal by walking 50 miles in 48 hours to complete the “Marche Internationale de Diekirch" on May 26, 2024.
This annual long-distance walking event is held in Diekirch, Luxembourg
attracts participants, and military personnel from all over the world. This event consists of a 20k, 40k, and an 80k hike. The foreign medal and ribbon are authorized for Soldiers to wear on their dress uniforms.
