CHERBOURG, France (June 05, 2024) - Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro visits the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) for a reception to honor the 80th D-Day commemoration. USS Normandy returned to homeport in Norfolk after an 8-month deployment to the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations, Jan. 20, 2024 and is in France for the commemoration.
