(Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD) U.S. Army Central Soldiers compete in the stress shoot event of the Army Futures Command (AFC) 2024 Best Squad Competition, a rigorous four-day event testing squads' strength, adaptability, and team cohesion. AFC hosted seven teams in June 2024 to determine which squad will advance to the U.S. Army Best Squad Competition later this year. Competing teams included squads from U.S. Army Central, U.S. Army North, U.S. Army South, Army Test and Evaluation Command, Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Center, and U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command.
