A U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro boat crew approaches a vessel in the Eastern Pacific Ocean to conduct a law enforcement boarding, April 11, 2024. The Munro's crew was conducting illegal, unregulated and unreported (IUU) fisheries boardings under the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organization (SPRFMO), a commission consisting of 16 members from Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania as well as three cooperating non-contracting parties.
