Sgt. Tristan Mesenburg throws his Army Combat Uniform pants out of the
Davidson Fitness Center pool after swimming 100 meters in under four minutes.
The swim qualification on May 31 was part of the German Armed Forces
Proficiency Badge standardize testing opportunity that was added to this
year’s competition. If competitors succeeded in the swim portion, they had to
remove their jackets and pants, throwing them completely outside of the pool
without touching the edge.
