Department of the Air Force Interns listen as speakers share their stories and answer questions at the Premier College Intern Program Symposium in Dayton, Ohio, June 4, 2024. The symposium provided interns with insights into Air Force culture, mission, and opportunities. The PCIP is a paid 10-12 week internship program for college students entering their senior year, designed to prepare participants for future science, technology, engineering, mathematics, cyber, acquisition, intelligence, mission critical and vocational/technical specialty positions in the Air Force Civilian Service.
