A team consisting of U.S. Army Soldiers and Navy Sailors, all participating in the Joint Emergency Medicine Exercise (JEMX), move a casualty to a secure location to provide care during a simulated attack in an urban environment on Fort Cavazos, Texas, June 6, 2024.
