The school supply distribution event was part of a joint U.S. Army and Marine Corps civil affairs mission during Exercise Resolute Sentinel 2024. RS24 is a 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern)-led exercise that provides joint training and improved readiness for partner nation civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities. RS24 integrates combat interoperability and disaster response training in addition to space domain awareness, medical and legal exchanges, training, humanitarian aid and construction projects.
