Rosalia Scifo, the outgoing sergeant major of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing is awarded the Legion of Merit during a relief and appointment, and retirement ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, June 7, 2024. The Legion of Merit is awarded to Marines for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
