U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Noah Bartholomew, a Benson, Vermont native, and a motor transport operator with 2nd Medical Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, poses for a photo on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, June 5, 2024. Cpl. Bartholomew was selected as the warrior of the week for his hard work and dedication as both a motor transport line noncommissioned officer and a combat marksmanship trainer, completing more than 60 preventative maintenance checks and service requests on 43 tactical vehicles and ensuring the qualification and completion of over 60 Marines and Sailors during their Annual Rifle Qualification. Cpl. Bartholomew’s message to junior Marines is, “Be technically and tactically proficient, be as lethal as you can be, we aren’t in a fight right now, but you must always be ready.” Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the qualities of an outstanding service member.
