Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies’ Comprehensive Security Cooperation course in Honolulu. The former Australian Prime Minister took the opportunity to speak on “The United States, China, and Taiwan and the Role of Deterrence in Scenarios Short of War.”
