PHILIPPINE SEA (June 12, 2024) Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) Fireman Caleb Bustin from Warrenville, Illinois, checks fuel quality from the aft missile decks of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) with the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AO 10) during Valiant Shield 2024.
