U.S. Marines receive award to recognize their achievements during their Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar graduation ceremony to recognize their achievements during the course on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, June 7, 2024. The seminar enhances small unit leadership while promoting a better understanding of Marine Corps ethos, leadership fundamentals, and the total Marine concept.
