The South Carolina Survivor Outreach hosted an event for families of fallen service members. The South Carolina Survivor Outreach Services Program hosted an event for families of fallen service members aboard the Charleston Princess cruise, Charleston, S.C., June 2, 2024. Approximately 100 family members attended, were provided a light lunch and refreshments as the group toured the Charleston harbor. Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) was formed as a result of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2006. It is an official Army Program that provides long term support to surviving Families of fallen Soldiers. The program was designed and developed by Survivors. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Maj.
