U.S. Air Force airmen assigned to the 36th Contingency Response Squadron prepare to load a pallet onto a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 6th Airlift Squadron (AS) while conducting specialized fueling operations at an auxiliary field near Anderson Air Force Base, Guam in support of Valiant Shield 2024 June 10, 2024. Specialized fueling operations increase flexibility for mobility aircraft to maneuver the joint force.
