Eight firefighters with MCAS Iwakuni Fire and Emergency Services and two Naval Family Branch Clinic Iwakuni personnel were awarded for life-saving actions during a medical emergency where they performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and used an automated external defibrillator (AED).
