(June 18, 2024) Religious Program Specialist 1st Class Courtney Timmons speaks as the master of ceremonies during a Juneteenth celebration on the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) mess decks, June 18. The Bataan Heritage Committee hosted the event which featured the singing of ‘Lift Every Voice’, multiple speakers and a cake cutting.
