David Nelson, 155th Security Forces, nominated his employer for supporting his military obiligations.The Pro Patria Award is presented annually in Nebraska to three employers (Large (500+), Small (under 500), and Public Sector) who have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserve.
