Airmen from the 106th Rescue Wing look at the 106th ’s first HH-60W Jolly Green II combat search and rescue helicopter to arrive at Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, N.Y., June 20, 2024. The helicopter was flown by the 41st Rescue Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, and marks the beginning of a new era as the 106th officially begins its transition from the HH-60G Pave Hawk to the HH-60W model.
