Larry Bray, an international police advisor from Baltimore, Md., gives a final speech to the latest class of pre-academy course national police graduates, April 19, at Joint Security Station Doura in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. Bray, who has more than 30 years experience in law enforcement, taught police ethics, weapons familiarization, checkpoint operations, and react-to-contact drills to the 20 graduates during the five-day course. The monthly pre-academy course is normally comprised of approximately 45 students from the police force and Sons of Iraq (Abna al-Iraq).
